On Sunday, October 20th (as our CTJ remembrance of the 1 year anniversary of October 7th), we are hosting Jacqui & Yaron Vital, parents of Adi Vital-Kaploun z”l, who have one of the most incredibly difficult and powerful family stories of what took place on 10/7.

Jacqui and Yaron are the parents of Adi Vital Kaploun, who was living with her husband and two young children on Kibbutz Holit in Israel on October 7, 2023. Adi was murdered in her safe room; Yaron, staying in the nearby guesthouse, was somehow spared; and her boys were kidnapped to Gaza and then miraculously released. This is their heartbreaking and inspiring story.
